| Your accommodation unit, garden office or summer house will be made from wood originating from sustainable forests. Our green policy is geared towards sustainability and long-term ecologically friendly solutions. We are proud to have completed projects which use bamboo flooring as a replacement for rainforest hardwoods, and incorporated sedum roofing as a replacement for traditional felt or tiles. Using these methods is not a compromise on quality or insulation. |

Sedum roofing is a long proven technique that uses nature to protect your building for many years to come. Sedum is a tight knit of low-growing succulents - plants with thick fleshy leaves and stems, which makes them particularly suitable for growing in the inhospitable conditions found on a roof. A Sedum roof can be used almost anywhere, the pitch of the roof can be up to 30 degrees, and curves are easily accommodated. |

Bamboo flooring is one of the hardest natural materials available for flooring and is an excellent alternative to hard wood flooring. Bamboo has a higher fibre rating than any hardwood, which gives it exceptional hard wearing qualities. Bamboo is a rapid growing grass and not wood, it can be harvested every 3-5 years unlike the 15-25 years for most wood. This makes bamboo a very environmentally friendly product for flooring.
